69xx Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Your Account

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 69xx website, creating an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the platform — including sports betting, slots, fish games or the 69xx mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with 69xx in any capacity.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 69xx ("the Platform"). They govern your relationship with 69xx and define the rules under which you may use all services offered.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 69xx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of 69xx or any of its associated entities.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing account on the 69xx platform.

Verification

69xx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, during account review or before processing a withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card (CNIC), passport or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

03 Account Rules & Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your 69xx account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested — whether those actions were taken by you directly or by someone who accessed your account with or without your permission.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account with another person or allow anyone else to use your account on your behalf.
• You must notify 69xx support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods linked to your account are in your own name.
• Accounts that show signs of being operated by a third party may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 69xx support. Where a closure is requested, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately through the Responsible Gaming page and take immediate effect.

69xx reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its own discretion if there is evidence of rule violations, fraudulent behaviour, chargebacks, abuse of bonuses or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

04 Deposits & PKR Payments

69xx accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit PKR 200
• Easypaisa — minimum deposit PKR 200
• Raast — minimum deposit PKR 500
• Bank Transfer — minimum deposit PKR 1,000

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on your payment provider. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned and the account flagged for review.

Deposit Limits

You may set personal deposit limits through your account's Responsible Gaming settings. Once set, daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps apply immediately and cannot be increased until the selected cooling-off period has passed. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory waiting period designed to give you time to reconsider.

69xx does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and are not refunded by 69xx.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method you used to make your most recent deposit. This same-method policy exists to maintain the integrity of financial transactions and prevent misuse of the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 across all supported methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer only.
• Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will be declined.
• Your account must have passed any pending verification requirements before a withdrawal is released.
• 69xx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals are generally completed within one business day. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. You will receive a notification when your withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined or delayed, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number. We aim to resolve all payment queries within 24 hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

69xx offers a welcome bonus for new players and ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and made a qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 69xx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time, including if there is evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.

What Counts as Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 69xx platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and all other available sports markets.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 69xx. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started — unless specifically offered as a live betting market — will be void and the stake returned.

Odds and Settlement

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked — changes in market odds after confirmation do not affect your bet.
• Settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void by the official governing body, affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• 69xx reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match irregularity, match fixing or result manipulation.

Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm your stake. Bets that would produce a payout exceeding the displayed maximum may be partially declined or have the stake adjusted to bring the potential payout within limits.

08 Casino Games, Slots & Fish Games

69xx offers a full game lobby including slots, fish shooting games and live casino titles. All games on the platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are not modified by 69xx.

• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by prior sessions, account history or any action taken outside the game itself.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during a spin or a fish game round — are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. In most cases, interrupted rounds are completed and the outcome applied when connectivity is restored.
• 69xx is not responsible for losses resulting from network issues, device failures or service interruptions on your end.
• Fish game multipliers, jackpots and bonus rounds are triggered by the RNG system and cannot be guaranteed by the platform or predicted by any method.

Game Availability

Game availability may change from time to time as new titles are added and others are retired or updated by their providers. 69xx does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game title. If a game you have previously played is removed from the lobby, any balance from that game will remain in your main account wallet.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69xx platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, play games or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 69xx to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identification or age information during registration or verification.
• Participating in, facilitating or having prior knowledge of match fixing, spot fixing or any form of result manipulation in sports events on which you have placed a bet.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers by using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players or employing low-risk strategies designed to guarantee wagering clearance without genuine risk.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 69xx staff or other players through any channel.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law — you are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your location.

10 Responsible Gaming

69xx is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that the overwhelming majority of our players use the platform responsibly — but we also recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem. The tools below are available to every registered player and can be activated directly from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits — Cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, these limits cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set amount of continuous play time, prompting you to review how long you have been active.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. When the limit is reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 69xx platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of 69xx or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in any form without the prior written consent of 69xx.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not scrape, copy or mirror any part of the platform's content or structure.
• Game titles and assets remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are used by 69xx under valid licensing agreements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69xx shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from bets, game outcomes or withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, device problems or third-party service interruptions outside the direct control of 69xx.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of the platform, even where 69xx was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Errors in odds, game payouts or settlement figures where such errors resulted from a technical malfunction — in such cases, 69xx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

69xx's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

69xx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
